MDSC is a vibrant non-profit organization that is leading the way in Massachusetts to ensure that every person with Down syndrome has the opportunity to reach their full potential. MDSC works to ensure that individuals with Down syndrome and their families have access to the most up-to-date information and resources available. MDSC promotes the inclusion of people with Down syndrome into all aspects of the community through educational programs, family support services, advocacy and independent living training and health awareness efforts.
MDSC's mission is to enhance on a continuous basis the lives of individuals with Down syndrome through the education and support of people with Down syndrome, their families, their friends, their teachers, and the community as a whole and to ensure that all individuals with Down syndrome are valued, included, and live fulfilling lives in the community.
